Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Law the following Resolution was duly adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the SOUTH FARMINGDALE WATER DISTRICT:

RESOLVED, that an election will be held in the South Farmingdale Water District office located at 40 Langdon Road, South Farmingdale, New York, on December 12, 2023 between the hours of 4 p.m., and 9 p.m., for the purpose of electing a Water Commissioner for a term of three (3) years.

All candidates for District office shall file their names with the Secretary of the Board of Commissioners no later than 4:30 pm on November 9, 2023; all such nominations must be submitted in petition form subscribed to by twenty-five (25) registered voters of the District.

ELECCIÓN DEL DISTRITO DE AGUA DE SOUTH FARMINGDALE AVISO PÚBLICO

Se notifica que, conforme con la Ley, la siguiente Resolución fue debidamente adoptada por la Junta de Comisionados del DISTRITO DE AGUA DE SOUTH FARMINGDALE:

RESUELTO, que se realizarán elecciones en la oficina del Distrito de Agua de South Farmingdale ubicada en 40 Langdon Road, South Farmingdale, Nueva York, 12 de Diciembre de 2023, entre las 4 p.m. y las 9 p.m., con el fin de elegir un Comisionado de Agua por un período de tres (3) años.    Todos los candidatos a cargos de Distrito deberán presentar sus nombres ante el Secretario de la Junta de Comisionados a más tardar a las 4:30 p.m. del 9 de Noviembre de 2023; todas esas nominaciones deben ser presentadas en forma de petición suscrita por veinticinco (25) votantes registrados del Distrito.
