Check payments for water bills may be made in person during normal business hours. Check payments can also be left at any time in our drop box located in the driveway of our headquarters: 40 Langdon Road, Farmingdale, NY 11735.

Please note: As of February 21, 2024 we have a new online payment portal. The green button will take you to the new website where you will have to register for a new account. Your previous online account is no longer in service. Call us with any questions – 516-249-3330, Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Account number format must be entered as follows:

  • For existing customers: 8-digit number beginning with leading zero (ex. 01001234)
  • For customers new to District: 10-digit number (ex. 1001234001)

South Farmingdale Water District offers our consumers the ability to pay their water bills online utilizing a secure third-party provider. All major credit cards are accepted or you may use your checking account.  A 2.75% convenience fee is charged for credit and debit card payments. There is a $0.35 convenience fee for payments made by electronic check.

To pay your bill online, use this link and it will bring you to the online payment portal.  Once there, you can copy the link to your favorites and replace any prior bookmark.

Pay By Mail

If you pay your water bill by mail, a check and your payment stub should be sent to our processing location in Philadelphia at:

Important:

Please always mail the stub with your payment.

If you pay your water bill through a bank or other third-party payment service that mails a check, please instruct them to include your account number on the check in order to avoid potential processing delays, late fees and/or service charges.
