Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Law, the following Resolution was duly adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the SOUTH FARMINGDALE WATER DISTRICT:

RESOLVED, that an election will be held in the South Farmingdale Water District office located at 40 Langdon Road, South Farmingdale, New York, on December 9, 2025, between the hours of 4 p.m. and 9 p.m., for the purpose of electing a Water Commissioner for a term of three (3) years.

All candidates for District office shall file their names with the Secretary of the Board of Commissioners no later than 4:30 p.m. on November 7, 2025; all such nominations must be submitted in petition form subscribed to by twenty-five (25) registered voters of the District.
